let's kick things off with a dose of ethereal hypnosis, here's the deliriously broody et off-kilter, wistfully intoxicating, shoegaze-laced lament High Sea, from Brooklyn-based, Brisbane born dream-gaze artist Eleanor Logan aka Happy New Year off the "Happy New Year/Nite Fields" split 7" (2012).
the "Happy New Year/Nite Fields" split 7" comes out January 9th, it is the debut release for the Brisbane-based artist run label Lost Race Records, it is limited to 150 numbered copies only. you can e-mail lostracerecords@gmail.com to pre-order your copy!
